Privacy
Updated September 22, 2026.
Beaufolio lets you create, edit and publish a portfolio, directly or through an agent you connect. This notice describes the current service.
Your account
Google sign-in gives us your Google account identifier and verified email address. We store them to identify your account and keep your workspace separate from other accounts. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or your Google password.
Your content
We store the text, images, links and revision history you add. Drafts require workspace access. Publishing makes your portfolio and its referenced images public. Earlier releases and their images are retained so you can restore them. Changing a draft does not remove a published release or its retained images.
Connected agents and services
An agent you authorize can access site content and perform the actions you allow. You can revoke its connection in Beaufolio. Revocation stops future access; it does not remove copies already held by the agent or its provider. Their own privacy policies apply to those copies.
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and images and processes requests to deliver and protect the service. Google processes sign-in. Booking and other external links open services with their own privacy policies.
Cookies and security
We use cookies for sign-in and your session. Unsaved editor changes may be kept in this browser tab for recovery. Security records include connection permissions, credential expiry and revocation records, and hashed network-address identifiers used to limit agent-client registration. Hosting providers also process request metadata, such as IP addresses, to operate their services.
Retention and contact
Account records, revisions and published releases currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Account deletion is not available as a self-service control. For questions or a request to access, correct or delete data, email tauren237@gmail.com. Removing content here cannot remove copies saved by visitors or other services.
